1. Are your crystals ethically sourced?

All of our raw minerals and crystals are ethically sourced. Each month we go to the raw crystals wholesale center(where the miners stock their raw crystals and stones from the direct source) to search for new crystals. Then our craftsmen cut, engrave and polish them to perfect products.

2. Are you a reseller?

We are a manufacturer.
Most of the high quality crystal products are from our crystal workshop. We buy the raw crystals from minerals wholesale center, then our craftsmen cut, engrave and polish them to perfection. Just fewer crystals from our crystal market. So the products you get are reliable and the price is competitive.

3. When will you ship the items after the payment?

  • For stock order, will ship it out in 1-3 Business Days.
  • For OEM/ODM order, lead time is 5-10 days according to the quantity.

4. Which payment option do you offer?

Usally we do accept Paypal, if you don't have Paypal, Western Union is also accepted.

Yes! Over $89 USD Free Standard Shipping. Over $189 USD  Free Express Shipping.

6. How long will my box be delivered?

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via USPS, JS Express, SF Express, will take 10 to 20 days(subject to local custom delays).
  • Express Shipping : Shipped via DHL/UPS/FEDEX, will take 5 to 12 days(subject to local custom delays).
  • There may be some delays due to the force majeure ( local custom delay, holiday, invalid address, severe weather, natural disaster etc.). Your patience and understanding will be highly appreciated!

7. Will you offer the tracking after shipping?

Yes! Tracking number will be sent to you via email after we ship the parcel. And we will follow it all the way.

9. Do you do wholesale/customized order?

Yes! All crystals in our shop are at wholesale price, however, if you buy the crystal items in bulk, please send message to us, we will let the specially-assigned person to do the service for you, you will get the most favorable pricing.
For the customized order, please message us to check on feasibility! We have to check if have enough raw materials and necessary equipment and technique to produce what you want.
