Return/Refund Policy
1. Items received in 10-20 days worldwide.

2. Items returned must be unopened or in good condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been opened, damaged, or altered in any way.

3. We do not accept returned items that are sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

4. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange(according to the logistic information).

Quality problems(ripped, incomplete, shriveled, etc) of the product are found within the after-sale warranty, please contact us immediately and send us clear pictures of the defective item. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We can replace it after checking.

Please do not throw the item and item packages before your problem is solved. We have several different packages, while the styles of items from different packages may be different.

Notice:

1. Please check the items whether they are damaged
2. Each order has only one after-sale privilege.
3. Replace, return or refund is not available if the color is not what you expect/wantwhen the product is correct or the parameters you have ordered are not suitable for your crystals.

Return/Refund Process

1.Please send an email to tyrion@huiruncrystal.com first and we will write back to you as soon as possible.
Please tell us the details of your order in the email: your name, order number, and reason.
Please don’t return the items according to the return address on the package, because we are unable to receive them at that place. We will inform you of the return address in the email.


2.Place the item(s) in the original packing.
Returning the product is allowed if the packaging is in good condition and the product is not opened so that it does not influence the second sale.

3.Drop off your package at your carrier.
Please provide the tracking number and website for tracking the logistic info after you return the parcel to us

4.We receive your return package.
We will check the parcel whether in good condition or not once we receive the returned parcel and then we will handle the refund to your account in accordance with the return conditions.

5.Return shipping fees.
If the return is not due to product quality problems, the customer needs to bear the return and reissue shipping fees.

Q&A

Can I change or cancel my order?

Due to an overwhelming response and a humbling demand for our designs we are unable to accommodate changes to your order after it has been shipped. Please email us if you want to make a change to your order before it is shipped, as we will try our best to help!

What if I just changed my mind or want a refund?

All sales are final: We put all our energy into curating authentic ethically sourced crystals, creating unique designs and sending them to new homes across the world. We are constantly running out of stock, with a very high amount of emails asking to pre-order items. Some of our crystals take days to restock! We are so incredibly grateful that we do not receive many, if any, returns. But with the increase in demand, we have had a few people say "this was a gift, and they didn't want it" or "I changed my mind."

Since we work so hard to be authentic, genuine and price advantage, we need to put into place the all sales final policy, unless there is a size issue or a defect (see below.)

What if my piece has a defect?

We personally inspect each piece in the process of it being made but mistakes do happen! If there are any defects with your item noticed within 14 days of your purchase, just email us at tyrion@huiruncrystal.com with a photo and description of the issue. You can also message us on Facebook. We will send you a return label on us, or a new item, depending on the issue at hand. Our team will always keep your happiness a priority!
