Refund policy

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Items are unused, unworn, and unaltered

  • Returned in original condition and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of wholesale and bulk products, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Personalized or made-to-order items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different product, please submit a return request for the original item (if eligible). Once approved, you may place a new order separately.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
